Going to build an 18 inch wide Table tuba. going to use the Dayton DCS-255-4. So, hit a snag already, how do I enter parts that aren't square into cutlist? Second, cutlist doesn't find a solution for the parts I did enter sofar. Apparently I'm doing something in cutlist but no idea what.

For odd shaped pieces, use the largest dimensions to make it square (or rectangle). If you aren't getting a solution, then you don't have enough supply material. Add another sheet of plywood to the supply side and see what happens.

Ok that makes sense. Didn't enter a supply piece size : Doh: (think homer simpson)
Also, it looks like I will be using aruaco. I have read that it is a bit more difficult to work with as far as tending to warp than Baltic birch but at $30 for 4x8 sheet vs $50+ for a 5x5 sheet I can deal with it. Any tips on working with it?

Make and use multiple guides (that have the corner shaved off of the length to allow glue to squeeze out) to straighten boards. IITP.

				Yes,
Go through the pile to get less warped pieces in the first place.
When you get them home store them flat on the ground in a cool dry place.
Smaller pieces warp more quickly than a full sheet, so while it's customary to cut everything up first, I found that cutting as I went prevented some warping...

I used Aurauco on my Table Tuba build and didn't have any issues with warping at all. As previously mentioned, take a little time at the store and pick out a the best piece you can find.
