Hello guys,
I am looking for a case to install the components of my PA. Am tired of unpacking them repackinh everything when I setup my system. I want something that I will hold my amp crown xti 1000, driverack px, wireless mikes and xenyx 1002B mixer. Is there a case available that will hold these components and have a lap top rack available to go above the mixer?

Thanks in advance,

Oscar

You mean something like this?

http://www.musiciansfriend.com/accessor ... -rack-case

Add a drawer for your mics & cables.

2U or 3U for amp, so you'd want at least a 6U rack + the slant top.

Hi Oscar,
Sure thing, you should be able to find a rack to do that.

If they didn't come with them, you would need to get some rack ears to mount your Xenyx, same thing for your wireless mike receiver if it doesn't have rack mount tabs.

Obviously the Crown amp and the DBX are all ready to bolt straight on.

You could get a rack and mount all you have listed vertically once you have the rack ears add ons sorted out, or get a rack that allows the mixer to be on top and angle adjustable.

I know of one seller where I am that also sells a separate lap top holder, so I'm sure they are available where you are.

So there are plaenty of options, just start scouring e-bay and online stores to get an idea of what is available out there and what suits your needs...

That is exactly what I was looking for but I wasn't sure about the 1U 2U spacing. I will check out those cases from musicians friend. Thanks a mil.

Your crown amp should be 2RU and the DBX 1RU. Add whatever your Wireless receiver is. Then the 2RU drawer. So around 6 units on the bottom...
