Dual THT-LP

After buying the drivers a year ago, I finally had the chance to begin my dual 36" THT-LP build...
The wood: 4X8 Baltic birch
Rift Cut Red Oak veneer:
Moral support...
Where I could, I doubled-up on the cuts to save time for the next build.
36 inches is a loooong reach!
When I got to the braces, I decided to stop and make a sled for the table saw. (BFM plans, with red oak backer and "miter sliders" from Lee Valley)
3 braces required for the 36" version
Continued....

Mammoth looking cabinet you've got there

I like it!
You are one of the blessed few to have the holy grail of Circular Saws, lucky lucky man. I often see cabinet makers doing fit outs on building sites swearing by them. Do you rate it as the best tool you ever purchased? So coveted

It's definitely earned its keep.
With the parallel guides attached and the stops set, repeat rip cuts of 35" were a snap. Safer than manhandling 4X8 sheets, and I don't have to have take up valuable garage real estate with an in-feed/out-feed table.

My title was probably a little misleading. Will be building two THTLP's.

Unless he turns them into bench seats. Then he will have to pry the ladies off them after a party. Puts a new meaning to action movie.
