				Paint for Plastic Piezos?

Would model paint work for touching up the piezos? When I glued mine together some glue came out between the joints so I sanded it off and there is some spots that look a little rough and I would like to touch it up. Not sure what is best to stick to the plastic.

Model paint should be fine!

I used the rustoleum spray paint made for plastic (it has a pic of cheapo plastic lawn chair on it) followed by modelling spray paint. The rustoleum covered the spot filler way better than the model stuff, just like a primer. Did them back to back, no issues yet.

This stuff is great. I used it on the piezos, DR port rings, and DR port tubes.

Does it also come in a small can so I can use a brush? If not it would be alot of masking or remove the elements from the piezo to paint them.

Spray paint. I tested on miscut piezos. Barely a trace made it past the phase plug.

Ended up using speaker cloth instead. Found some on sale and used a piece of corner molding to keep it taught. Had the wife sew the ends of the fabric on the top and bottom so it looked nice and wont fray.
I still need to paint the white molding black, but I think it looks ok.

I like the cloth covering ALOT. I've seen a piezo stack for OT15's like that. I may do that with mine eventually.

Nice. The cloth grill lends a different feel. I've had some requests for cloth over the 8mm round steel we normally use.

I like the look of the cloth over the piezo's, well done.
