Gate and compressor have threshold and ratio, limiter has just threshold, so it's probably a hard limiter. On the back there is switches for each channel, 4 db and -10db. Using it for djing, with more rock than electronic

The switch is to change between pro gear and home use. Home hifi stuff runs at -10dB and pro equipment runs at +4.

As for the other settings, you need a multimeter to set your limiters to the levels set out in the plans for your drivers. You don't need the gate, and the compressor is not really needed for dj except to try and control them.
