I'm working on my pair of Titan 39's with 12" speaker.
I screwed up a measurement and need to know if I need to redo it or if it is OK the way it is.

The rectangle hole that I cut in the baffle board is a little off center.

From the top of the baffle hole to the top inside of the driver space is 3"
From the bottom of the hole to the bottom inside of the driver spacer is 3 3/4"

I'm in the same boat as you. Mine isn't too far off maybe and 1/4".

I looked at my measurements again. The baffle hole is only off center by 1/8 of an inch (towards the top). When i set the driver space down and leave required 9/16 spacing the hole is off center to the ring by the measurements noted in my previous post..

So should I assume that the baffle hole should not need to be in dead center of the driver spacer?

IIRC, There is an angle at the top and bottom of the baffle (Panel 2), compensating for the angle cuts, the baffle cutout would be off center just a bit vertically. Either way, as long as the cutout is the right size, center the driver spacer over that hole. The position of the baffle hole isn't a problem as long as the spacer ring doesn't interfer with fitment of panels 1 or 4, above or below.
