				So, for the access panel hole, you plunge cut with the table saw... then do you finish with a jig saw?

Dunno how he finishes it, but I plunge mine on table saw and use a fine blade standard cross-cut hand saw so that the bits you trim stay perfectly straight by holding the flat part of the blade against the plunge cut already there. Jig saw means you can screw up if you're not careful.

Yes, finish with jigsaw. My first was was not perfect and neither was this one but it's not bad.

				Funny thing is my Cat loves to go to the basement and listen to the dual T24s... not sure why. You'd think they'd hate that bass but she loves it. If they are playing, she is on the floor stretching it out.

On a more serious note, you cat owners may want to install grills in the mouth of your subs. You wouldn't be the first to tear a perfectly good sub to pieces to free a cat that got stuck after a few bends in the horn path
(some have suggested to blow the damcat out

 )

				Interesting. I'm doing one next. I am definitely making the saw sled. I struggled and cussed using a NBG handheld circular and clamped fences. Table saw and sled for the Titan and undoubtedly it's partner soon after.

Otherwhat? Table saws?

Actually, my table saw is very, very similar, but another brand (Mastercraft).
Oh, and you may have to redo that one panel since it's not exactly ninety degrees. LOL

How do you like working with the table saw now?
