The 218 will give you 225 watts per cabinet at 8ohms per cab, running four per side. The 3012 can take more wattage, but with 4 per side, you should have plenty of volume. However, you are driving both sides of the amp at 2 ohms....might be pushing it a little too hard - especially since the 280s can take more than this amp has to give - you might run it into clipping and overheat it.
The 236 is enough to run the subs at full recommended voltage....but again - at war volume you are pushing both sides pretty hard at 2 ohms.....
If you keep this whole rig at 1/2 volume, there shouldn't be problem ....but, I'd double my amps and let them run 4 ohms a side if you plan to take the paint off the walls.

i would be running 2 pl 218 , plus 2 pl236 for the subs , so doble the amps to rip the paint of the walls?

Plenty for the subs - be sure and limit them.
Tops will get 300 each at 1%THD or 260 each at 0.5%THD.....should remove the paint and the primer....and maybe shake some drywall screws loose.
And no clipping or overheating.
