Hey all,

I recently discovered craigslist, and much to my delight I've found someone selling an Xti 2000 for 350 bucks!

What do you think? Is this is good deal for a used Xti 2000? Any opinions on how used xti's hold up, or perhaps something I should check for before buying it?

ask him how old it is, and if its still under crowns warranty.

they come with a 36 month no fault warranty

oh, and after asking him, offer him 275.

I asked and all he said was that it was still for sale, and didn't respond about the warranty or how long he'd had it...

How much do you think the warranty is worth? If it's a relatively old amp and doesn't have much of a warranty left, would one have to worry about not having a warranty? Or do people generally have good experiences with the XTi's reliability and not have to worry about if it's not under warranty anymore?

I suppose I will wait and see...

the whole reason you want the warranty is if you buy it, and its already broken/breaks immediately. as long as its got a month left you should be straight.
