two of my T-48's have yet to be converted to speakon. Is it possible to use the bananna and speakon jacks together on the back of the amp. For instance, could i piggy back two subs on the bananna and connect the third sub to the speakon ?

As long as all the jacks are wired in parallel and correctly, there is no reason to not do it that way. Until you upgrade to all speakons, that is!

This is the way I used to run the speakers off one amp. But now I just built a speakon splitter. What I really liked about banana was that you could parallel all of them on top of each other.

Although I have seen the thread you're referring to, no, that was not me. I was the one that posted that I built them out of the bare jacks soldered to the wires and then the whole thing wrapped in green electrical tape
