I like mine. About all I use it for is impedance testing of completed cabs, it does that excellently. That's a very good price.

The WT3 seems to work pretty good. I use it to measure T/S speaker parameters and so far it seems to be pretty consistent.

I don't think I would buy the one without the scale though if you plan on using it to test T/S parameters. Using the added mass method is the easiest way to test VAS, and you will need a scale to measure the mass you are adding on the speaker.

Even if you only use it three or four times in your life, the peace of mind it affords when you're planning a new cab is worth it. Especially at $78 I wouldn't sit on that one too long.

I spec out and break-in the driver well in advance of making any sawdust. It eliminates any doubt of the woofer's capabilities during assembly, or if it comes time to trouble-shoot performance issues later on.
