thanks Bill on the info on the Jbl. I would like to cover the front of my dr300 with a grill is there a some where I can get one that will work. I could not get birch ply wood is there an alternative to it. I noticed somewhere a aruco plywood mentioned . My local loewes has it 15/32. Will that work?

Yes, 15/32 Araco plywood from Lowes will work. Do a search for grills on the forum, there is quite a bit of info on here.
