I found several 0.6mH air coils, does it matter which one I get? There is no AWG specified in the plans if I'm correct, only max resistance. The less resistance the better I guess?
I assume this one's OK: JANTZEN 0,600 MH AIR CORE COIL CU 1,4 (15AWG) RDC 0,230 OHM and preferable over JANTZEN 0,600 MH AIR CORE COIL CU 1,2 (17AWG) RDC 0,310 OHM?
And for the 15uF capacitor I see e.g. 100V, 400V and 630V does that matter (again, not specified in the plans. I ordered the high pass filter components from Leland but forgot the low pass components...

Ignore the 15mF question, found the answer on the forum...

On the coil you want DCR no more than 5% of the woofer impedance at the minimum cost. With smaller values that's usually air core, but with larger values it's usually solid core.

Yes indeed so for 8 Ohm max 0.4 these two would be OK. The different in price is minimal between these two...

Finally found some time to get back to the Jacks... the sawblade for pvc I got did an excellent job cutting the tweeters. Happy with the result. So now, which glue should I use to glue the painted pvc diffuser to the array and the array to the brackets (or do I screw the array instead of glueing)?

For pvc diffusers I used the same glue that I used for the array. Then screwed to the supports.
If you fear it might rattle, then insert some weather stripping between the array and the supports. Can't remember if I did that, it has been several years since I did mine (on Omni 10.5s).

Thanks AntonZ! I would use the same pvc glue, but I already painted the diffuser black so I thought maybe hot glue would be better... Good idea to use the weather stripping!

You may want to sand a bit of paint off where the pvc attaches to the tweeters. I think the glue won't stick well to the painted surface.

Two Jacks are finished, but I did not have much time for the other two. But it's coming... It's just hard now to find the 2 Kappalite 3012HO speakers, and several other options aren't available anymore, at least here in Europe... Since I cut the baffles for a Delta pro 12 or 3012HO, the Beta 12, 2012 and 2512 aren't an option for me. Is there a database where I can find speakers with more or less the same specs of has anyone a suggestion?

Never mind, found many offerings in Germany, luckily, one of them ships to Belgium.

Thinking further ahead, what would be a good value PA amplifier for two (or maybe four) Jacks? What do I need to look for?

Concerning PA amps, lots of knowledgable peeps will chime in.
There are hundreds of possibilities, it depends on weight, cost, reliability, reputation, size, availability..

I like the old-fashioned lead sleds. You can get them for very little money second-hand, and I like the way they sound.
They are extremely heavy. The old Crowns, maybe the Macro-Tech series.

For light, modern amps, the light Crown XLS or XTi series are really good. They have some useful DSP on them, crossovers and limiters.

If you are looking for new and cheap available in Belgium, Thomann does a large line of t-Amp power amps. They are loved and hated in equal measure.
