They are scared of the 6" barreled S&W .357 because of the kickback, Magnum rounds through this gun give muzzle flash about one foot in diameter and make the gun want to jump out of your hands. I'm a much better shot with 12ga shotgun than them though. It's apparently scientifically proven that women are better shots than men. Huh. :?
younger sister is an amazing shot with handguns. I mean like dead-eye with everything from a .22 up to a .45 (she also hates the .357 we have hehe) and has been since she first picked one up. It's weird. She is also pretty good with a compound bow (only 35Ib. pull though) and has taken a few deer. None of the women I know like to shoot rifles with any kind of kick for more than one or two shots. In my experience women don't deal well with recoil probably due to lack of arm/chest muscle and weighing less

same sister from above is a central ky beauty queen winner and used to be a model so I guess she counts (but not to me).

And better welders. True fact.

Of course there are at least 20 times more male welders than women tho.

And some good news for us folks (at least if you live in Florida):

"In a unanimous ruling, the state's highest court affirmed a pair of lower-court opinions that a 2007 state law prohibiting loud music while driving violated the U.S. Constitution's First Amendment, which guarantees freedom of expression."
