I'm very grateful for the ongoing assistance from Grant & Gregory
That's great TH :)
And I share what I (think I) know and make up what I don't.
So you're most welcome.
Gotta keep the antipodean collective (and anybody else it might help) up to speed, or how else do we take on the world...

I got a chance to test out both the completed otop 112's and freshly d-texed T39's yesterday.

The EQ really cleaned things up. 6 Changes was all it needed, to my ears anyway.

Had them outside our industrial unit,T39's vee-plated Otops around 6metres apart approx 1.6 metres off the ground. Otop's soo incredibly loud and clear. :hyper:

Due to nearby boundaries, say; 10 to 12 metres away I feel there were some cancellations in the sub region. The highs however - outstanding. Had a lady walk two blocks from the other side of a large high school behind the industrial area where she lives asking me to turn it down please :horse:

I had to do the right thing  Didn't get a chance to boundary load but as a result of this outing I feel that once again the forum is ALWAYS RIGHT re: 2 sub cabs to 1 top cab ratio when outside.

Amazing cabs the OTOP112's great design Bill, pretty straightforward build, friendly size & weight. I love them, even the wife to be was impressed

Thanks all

Funny you say that Bill, My father just purchased a Brad Gun so I could repair the balustrade on his verandah! That'll make building a T60 a breeze.

The wife and I are renting, housing market in my part of Sydney is cost prohibitive - until she gets her PHD.... In around 4 more years! My long term goal is to become "man about the house", rasing a few kids during the days whilst the boss is at work, freelancing as a Landscape Designer and Consulting Horticulturalist. My evenings will be spent providing sound for serious parties, to kepp me relaxed of course!
