Looking like another great build there, John. Well done sir. Well done.
Many thanks for your feedback Seth, it's been great to do - and sounds excellent.

Fine looking cab.
Thank you Tom - they are a great design (thanks to Bill).
Second cab is naturally easier than the first, less faffing around making jigs & working out how best to do stuff.

Cabinet completed.
Replaced the pieces of bicycle inner tube with tap (faucet) washers.
Now awaiting a cover, on order from Hot Covers, U.K.

Thanks Chris.
I wish.
Sadly the covers are like the proverbial model T Ford: any colour you like, as long as it’s black.
Having said that, Hot Covers (U.K.) do make fantastic covers.

Have now used the cabs in several rehearsals & a couple of outdoor gigs with drums, guitar, keys & 2 vocalists.
Stage gear includes:
2 x 700W powered 3" plus 15" full-range P.A. cabs.
2x 400W 3" plus 12" foldback monitors.
Fender Deluxe guitar amp. (Or Mesa Boogie .50 Caliber)
Nord Stage 3 keyboard via 230W amp.
Cabs are stacked one above the other, on a stand - never on the stage, driven by a Bergantino HP2 head.
Absolutely masses of headrom - even on outdoor gigs the amp is running at about 30% of rated output.
Have had nothing but praise, from audiences, other musos, and bandmates.
Most comments praise the rich, warm tone, clarity and articulation. They can't believe the cabs are home-made. Thanks Bill.

Latest picture at an outdoor event.
Video link at bottom of this post.
Amp settings show it easily coped with band in the open.
Sound was warm, full and clear.

Audio/video clip on YouTube. - Amp only through cabs - no DI - only vox into PA.

Loving the purple and well everything about this!
Nice that you have them up on a stand at ear level too!
Can I ask for another photo of the top? Looks like amp is sitting on another board to clear the top handle maybe? I'm curious about what's going on there!
Thanks for sharing these great looking cabs with us.

You're most welcome. Thanks for your interest/comments/questions.
Photos? Certainly.

The purple paint is Tuff Cab from UK supplier Blue Aran - applied by roller, dries to last wet texture in about 30 minutes at 20º Celsius
The stand is a keyboard stand with a plywood board attached by simple swivel cleats.
The amp sits on a board, which has rebates for the amp's feet and a hole to:
a) clear the handle
b) prevent the head sliding sideways if tugged by a lead (which is tucked under the head anyway).
Subsequently attached D-rings to the head (using bolts designed to attach rack-ears to the head) and a paracord tether with clips to the top cab handle.
The tether also helps identify the top cab before putting it onto the stand.
The amp board has rubber anti-slip kitchen drawer lining glued to the underside.
Attached a piece of an old saw blade that swivels out to allow me to attach a magnetic-based LED lamp for dark venues as I discovered the amp case is non-magnetic alloy.
(BTW I noticed in the photos that the amp isn't seated properly in the rebates - it's much more snug when in use.)
Now, at least, the lead won't ever pull the head off the top and if someone toppled the entire stack I'd hope the amp would hit the ground after the top cab.
(A tilt test got to about 20º off vertical before it looked like falling)
