It looks like I'll need to pull the driver and stick a dab of silicone in the space twixt the gaskets?
Seal it externally with a dab of hot melt glue.

Ended up being a bit more than a dab, but I did get it sealed up. Ran some 60Hz at 13V through it, and yeah stuff was shaking. Time to finish up the other one, and work on DRs.
