Arauco Ply

Darn... So I picked up 2 sheets of Arauco to build my otops, but I've been talking to a guy about baltic birch

Price for the 2 sheets of auraco total = $50

Just got a price quote from my guy. 20.50 a 5x5 sheet of 5 ply, waterproof laminate glue, baltic birch.

Darn.

You live in the South - wood is cheap here!

Seems a little strange being only 5 ply... better make sure that isn't Chinese birch when you go see it. If it is, you can easily tear away the veneer with your fingernail. Stay away from that stuff.

Will do, I'll def check it out in person, And Ill bring a knife to make sure. He might have mispoke or I put the words 5 ply into his mouth.
