You're welcome. This is why Bill recommends putting the crossovers on two separate boards, so you dont have to worry about this..

Do you think if I stand up the small coil for the tweeters that will be suffice? There's a ton of hot glue holding the big one in.

Ah, it's NOT MDF, it's styrofoam or similar. Got it. :oops: That explains a lot. LOL! Good luck; it's looking great so far!

Hah! I guess I read that to fast, I didnt realize you were talking about medium density fiber board. Yes this is foam, its supposed to help midrange response according to Bill.

For the life of me I cant find the thread that gave driver break in procedure for the 12" Kappalite NEO 3012HO.. Anybody know?

I did mine at 30HZ, most use 10 volts.

Yep, +1. I use 10v @ 30Hz for 8-12 hours.

I hear ya buddy I wish I was done, but stay tuned its almost there.

Today I tested 300 piezos. :shock: I also cut all 132 so tomorrow I can start assembling the melded array

What a pile of Piezos....Just add milk and two eggs kneed for 10 minutes put mixture threw a pasta machine and Presto!...Melded arrays. :fruit: :mrgreen:

Now that would be nice! My body is beat from these.. Oddly I only had 1 bad one..

LMAO! If only it was that easy! Testing piezos is a draining experience. Constantly hearing pink noise through this things just knocks you out.
