They are shipping. I held one today at a store in wichita. Weighs nothing. They just got it and had not hooked it up yet

Don't forget to pop it open and see what's in there too. Something's got to be pushing that smoke around.

Today Behringer announced some new lightweight amps! Competition sometimes can be great.

OK, Fess up. How many of you think "Oh good, somebody has some feedback on theses new amps" every time the board indicates that a new post has arrived on this thread.

On the bright side, my local music store has an IPR 1600 (no DSP) in stock, and unless they sell it in the next few days, they will let me take it home for a weekend to play with it. Now if I could just find time to take them up on the offer.

I really would like to see some reviews on peaveys new amps. If they can do what is claimed... A lot of guys would be like in heaven.
