Using a Roudover Bit on a Non-90-Degree Joint?

Helpful hints on how to build 'em, and where to get the stuff you need.

Well, yeah! You have to fill in the holes! I was talking about scratches and grain...that it covers without problems. I get rid of all the visible PL I can before putting on the Duratex. Insides of joints that show I put bondo or wood filler down on and run a finger along it as though it were calking before painting. With sanding it makes a nice smooth joint, and I've had no problem with Duratex sticking to it. I am using a roller, a sponge and "low" build. Even so, no problems so far.

In the interest of full disclosure... I also paint the entire inside of the DR horn mouth with $ .99 flat black spray paint before "duratexing" That way any place I have trouble reaching...or get the coat a little thin...does not show.
