Rattles would be caused by your subwoofer. I wouldn't worry about rattling surrounds unless the walls they're mounted to are that of an RV. And even then, if the system is loud enough to shake the wall, you probably wouldn't be able to hear it. Kinda like cars and rattling license plate frames or trunk lids. You never hear that stuff in the car. Sounds awful outside the car though.

Update: No progress on hanging and wiring the surrounds so far. The holidays and other things have taking priority.
But now have a fish tape and pole, and hopefully enough wiring for the job. I've decided to run 3 surround's wires up in the attic and the one on the kitchen wall will be run up from the basement. That leaves only one wire I have to hide in the open basement. The L&R channel's wires will be ran at a later date. Currently my 2 SLA's are taking up that duty. I have the center channel to build next, then I'll start on the TLAH. Maybe I should just run the L&R wires while I'm at it.
Here's an alternate view of my living room for clarity. The 2 rears and left-side will be easy to run up in the attic. The right-side wall might have duct-work below it, but that's still to be determined. I have a thermal camera that I can see all the studs in the house, so that might make things easier.
Is my speaker placement correct based on wall and ceiling layout?
