There's these things, called welders, soldering irons, oxy/acetylene or oxy/lpg, in fact a whole bunch of stuff that joins various metals in various ways.
Join em, file the excess slag/resin/whatever, get out the rattle tin, done...

Yeah, I've got on of those guys right across the street from me.....but, I don't think he can match up those little holes and not make it look like it was welded....
I'm gonna' go grab some of that H-channel molding today - I think that will work.
Anyway, I have a lot of assembly left to do before I dig too deep into the grill. Just wanted to get a plan in my head.
