Hey does anyone have an updated link to these instructions? My venue 360 finally did the thing.

I actually sent my unit off to a friend in Oregon who works on circuit boards and he sent me this lovely picture today. No more crappy molex connector for me

he desoldered the pins entirely and just soldered wires straight to the board. What a strange failure that was. It was not immediately obvious to me, I didn't get muted outputs it manifested as low frequency drops. The highs sounded fine but lows were absolute hot dog water, even after getting a solid tune in REW, and passing my content tests. I felt like I was losing my mind looking at my mixers RTA and seeing small frequency gaps that were just not being produced at all. After returning from a less than satisfying gig and running tests I realized 50-60hz was just gone

the longer I tested the more it crackled and just faded away entirely, quick Google search and this thread popped up and pretty much solved all my problems. Thanks Corona, and you as well Seth.

Bypassing or getting rid of the junk Molex connector.

That's what I thought at first. But the fix was described then there was a whole list of problems afterward in the post that sounded like that was after the fix. Guess I wasn't following the train of thought.

Desoldering the molex pins and soldering the wire directly to the board solved my problems. Most people have stated the channels just muted entirely but my list of symptoms was more bizarre and not immediately apparent.
