I just checked 'em....they are a penny higher than PE, but there wasn't any quantity discount option...

Yes, you're right. On the male part, the 25 qty price is about the same between MCM and PE. The female part has a price advantage at MCM. You can use code WLCM10 for an extra 10% off at MCM which may or may not make up for higher shipping fees that they charge.

Used this info to wrangle a little better deal out of PE. Thanks for the info and the coupon.

Been over 12 hours since I've seen a single post on the forum.....thought I'd see if it's working.

Well, it is International Women's day today, maybe that has something to do with it.
FYI: It was supposed to be yesterday but they took awhile to get ready.

Glad I could help. Actually wish I would have read your post earlier. I was just down at PE today with a friend. But we went around the corner to MCM to pickup the 40 Neutrik connectors that he needed.

I bought other stuff too.....the MCM order would have saved me about 8 bucks, but I already had an account with PE and I'm lazy....

Agreed. I've wired up two studios recently, and I've used Amphenol for both (mostly 1/4 trs)
I get'm from Redco, the prices are far cheaper than Neutriks. Quality is on point, but the strain relief is nicer on the Neutrik - chuck type. I assemble all cables with dual-layer heat shink (adhesive lined) Have yet to see one fail. Still getting a better cable to these studio guys, I've ripped out a lot of hosa crap that they all seemed to like.
All the XLR's in my kit are Amphenol as well. I've had zero issues, but haven't been gigging as much as in the past.
