Then take the cardboard off right before putting on the second side. But, leave the plastic bags on so PL doesn't drip on 'em.

That a real big chance you are taking leaving 'em in like that.
Lol. I don't sweat the small stuff, Bruce!

I'm putting on panels 12 and 13 on cab 1 right now. I hope to get the side on tonight too. Cab 2 is still at panel 5

Looks good. The only issue I have with Kregg Jigs is you have to use their screws (or so they say) - which aren't cheap. Are you using their screws? If not, that might be the cause of your 1/16 push out. I was thinking about buying one to build some furniture, but after I saw the prices on the screws I decided against it at the time. Now, I'm thinking about building a new kitchen table and desk for the computer, so I'm back to thinking a Kregg would be really advantageous. Do you think it's making your build go faster?

The screws aren't as expensive as I thought. A box of 1" screws are only like $3 or $4. I removed a lot of my screws after the Pl cured so I used less than a box between 2 cabs.

I think it sped up the build, but it make the build easier in a lot of ways.

Cool. How many screws in a box though?

100. I bought 3 or 4 boxes and have a lot left.

Not bad. I thought they were more expensive when I was looking, maybe that was just the place I was looking.

Also, kreg screws are like recex screws. They have a drilling tip so you don't have to predrill.

So... Can we get more of the build-pics? Maybe a glimpse of the finished project?

Pocket screws will push you off your lines about 1/16. Check my videos for a pocket screw tutorialhttps://www.speakerhardware.com/how-tos/
