You should be fine for testing tomorrow evening.
Good job!

Ya, this is going to be a lot of fun in a listening space that is LxWxH = 13x10x7.5 (ft) -- walls on three sides.
I'll be sure to post up a lot of analysis data as I get into it.

Driver chamber bracing is done. Next time I do one of these, I'll put in the 8 chamber braces before the cover-mounting strips. Messy messy this way. Oh well, I'm the only one who will see inside of here ... except for all you people.
Now, I think I'll actually be able to test tomorrow!

Holy Crap!!!! I am so impressed with this monster ... wow wow wow.
For the moment, I'm crossing surround formats and 2-channel music at 80Hz with my Klipsch KG 2.5 set (with Bob Crites tweeter drivers). I haven't done any measurements or EQ, but I'm simply blown away. Much like I was when I first heard the T39 my buddy built. Of course, this THTLP outruns the little Klipsches by far. They go into serious distortion while the sub seems to be humming along with ease.
I always knew a lot of my music had great LF content, but I'd never actually heard it. Do you have any idea how low some of Sting's more recent stuff goes? So I listen to a lot of Prog Rock and Metal, Classic Rock, trad Scottish and Irish, chilled out things like Loreena McKinnet (sp?), Bluegrass, Classical, Jazz, etc. No hip hop, rap, country, dub whatever-that-is, electronica ... bleh.
And one of the first movies I put on was Master and Commander -- the opening scene with some cannon action. Then The Matrix Revolutions. Planes for the kids. So I'm sure I'll be on a hunt to find ultra-low content. Suggestions?
Here are pictures of getting it ready to test. Now the challenge will be hauling it back to the garage for finish work.
And that circular saw sled came in super handy!

Um, last pic?.......sorry, but I don't think you'll get the Harley award. (regretfully said)
On the other hand, glad you got to hear some excellent results.

Looking forward to a full review in the Review section, when it's fully finished.

Ya, the Harley award will forever elude me. haha.
I found an air leak coming from under the driver chamber cover near one of the corners, of course. I'll have to redo that. I wasn't obvious until I started the 16 and 20Hz test tones, and I could hear the air pumping in and out of there.

I don't know since I got the image of the 'net. Mine is a plain V70, same colour.

Nice. I just got my first Volvo last Fall ... a 2005 S60R. You can see it in some of the pictures above.
