If you're using the screws to hold down the driver, then, no problem. :)

Plans state one hole in panel 5 is OK if a single 12" driver, but I thought splitting it into two holes might help with strength in the middle of the panel? I'm assuming this is ok...

Overseas, with orders for other stuff for work so that won't help you.

Try Steelmasters in O'Rorke Road, Penrose though.

Panel 5 in.. not perfect but I'm happy with it so far. Panel 4 is 'slightly' too short, I cut it on the wrong side of the marked line! lol. I'm assuming that PL will fill the gap when I put the final side on? its only about 1/16" too small. I could always glue another small 1/16 strip on there if need be, any comments/suggestions welcome on that one.

I would cut a strip to insert and also have an outer piece between the intersecting panels.

The width I went for is 18" internal, I've measured my station wagon and that allows me to fit two in the back :) along with my otop12's and my other gear

arg, seems this build has got the better of me! I have checked and re-checked and re-measured multiple times... I simply don't see how the panel 6/3 brace can be 2" wide as the largest point on mine is only 1 7/8" wide.
I have attached a pic showing my predicament, plans state a brace of 2" - 1 7/8" brace but simply will not fit in the space, measured it 6 times.

Do you happen to have one of your layout lines placed incorrectly? It happens all of the time to a lot of us.
This is why I do a dry build on my cabs before I PL anything up.
Built
4-25" Lab12 loaded T39's
2-DR250's Melded array
2-DR250's Flat array

1/8" out in measurment isn't the end of the world huh. IIRC that amount is acceptable (as an outer limit) of variation in measurement.
Certainly not enough to go starting over again.

Just trim your brace accordingly I reckon...
Built:
DR 250: x 2 melded array, 2x CD horn, March 2012 plans.
T39's: 4 x 20" KL3010LF , 2 x 28" 3012LF.
WH8: x 6 with melded array wired series/parallel.
Bunter's Audio and Lighting "like"s would be most appreciated...

Yeah I can trace back a slightly out measurement, but only one, and its only 1/8 at most, so I'm just going to keep going, hopefully then next build will be more precise... with a very limited tool set I can't expect perfection.

I haven't got the plans, so am wondering why there are holes in the front (i.e. toward the front of the cab) of the driver chanber... looks like you might have a bit of a leak there! :)
