If anyone have the solution please advise me on this.
Use your EQ, that's what it's there for.

I think I remember this coming up quite awhile ago. I think the solution was some stronger bracing, but I don't remember.
I also mentioned this in a question when building one of my T39's.
Bill's response to me was that if I thought it needed an extra brace, go ahead.
So I added a small 1" x 1/2" (Cut to length) brace between the panel 6 extension and panel 1, PL'ed it in at the centre of the width of the cab. Good to go.

.
You can take two or more caps to add up to the 5.6uf, if you need to. Example, can you get a .9uf cap? Or a 3.3uf and a 2.3uf cap? etc, etc.

Get a processor to do your crossover and limiting on the subs. It is very important to follow the plans on these things. The titans need a highpass and limiting as well as low pass. An active unit before your amps takes care of it. Dcx2496 runs on many voltages, easy to get off ebay stores.

Frequency 80 Hz
L2=24 mH
L3= 8 mH
C3=330 uF
I found this from the website
http://www.diyaudioandvideo.com/Tables/ ... Order.aspx
Please advise.
Thank you.
You can, but the component size to handle the power will get you close to enough to buy a behringer electronic crossover. Which is better by far.

+1. This not optional.

You're running the T48's Fullrange??!! That has to sound terrible, and those drivers are toast soon if not already. You need a HPF
and a LPF Mandatory.

Even worse, if he has no crossover are the Jacks also getting a full bandwidth signal? That's a recipe for blown drivers all around, let alone bad sound.

Could all this, in part, explain why he had amp problems at his gig?

+1. I added some extra bracing there as well. There was a bit too much flex for my liking without it.

Don't worry man. I did it wrong for 20 years.

I guess I shouldn't really say "wrong", but it could have been alot better with what I had, and some stuff I simply didn't know, like sub placement. It really helps to have someone show you what to do and not to do. I just googled the amp...if its the one I saw, that's a big one.
My T30 subs get 35-100 Hz (bass) with steep slopes, especially on the 35 Hz side. The way the really deep sub bass is "chopped off" to protect the drivers. My OT12's get 100 Hz -20 KHz. (mids and highs). The output to the subs is limited so that if my mixer is wide open and the amp is also wide open, the drivers still can't get more that 47-49 volts MAX under any circumstance. This is done without the speakers connected, other wise it would be really loud. (check the forum about setting limiters) All these settings are done on a Behringer DCX 2496 Crossover/Limiter. dBX Driverack does the same thing. Your amp appears to have those features, but they're not as tweakable...mainly the limiter. Also, the 30 Hz HPF is too low to be of benefit. I had a Mackie amp that had a crossover, selectable HPF and a limiter as well. Even with the limiter engaged, the amp could put out way more that I needed.

Like Donny mentioned, you'll probably want to purchase some kind of speaker/audio processor. A speaker processor is an all in one solution that allows you to set the EQ, crossovers, limiting, etc... A lot of people around here are using the
Behringer DCX 2496, but there are plenty of options out there such as the
DBX Driverack.
There are other ways to accomplish the same thing, but you need a way to set the correct crossovers and limiters. Without the appropriate high-pass filtering on your mains and subs (see your plans for the correct crossover points), you run a high risk of blowing drivers at louder volumes. The correct crossover points and EQ will make your system sound MUCH better.

Yes, t48 are prone to killing drivers unless highpassed correctly. Get the processor, much cheaper than blowing drivers. And it will sound great.

Do you have photos of the complete system? I'm really interested to see, they're all
big boxes - it would look immense as a stack
