That is an excellent unit. I've had almost no issues with mine but have considered having a second as a backup. You'll see once you get one that isn't DOA. Haha

It is truly amazing all the shit it will do! I only have one MONTH of Warranty left, since I bought it back in July of 2020. I sat here for a long time before I finally decided to install it recently. How far from St Louis are you ? My Speakers were made there, by Audio Centron who were a division of St Louis Music.

I requested DBX Service give me a return authorization for this defective Driverack PA2, I just sent the request yesterday

Update on my broken DBX Driverack PA2
Harman refuses to honor the warranty because they claim that the place I bought it from Brand New is not an authorized DBX Dealer. But the place I bought it from advertises as an authorized DBX Dealer! I have included a screen shot showing that the place advertises as an authorized DBX Dealer.
Then, they are claiming that the warranty expired in in 1999, but I have proof that I bought it brand new in August 2020!
I thought the 2 year warranty starts when you buy it, but apparently not with the DBX Driverack PA2 ?
I am including proof of purchase, and proof of DBX Authorized dealer screenshots to show how Harman and DBX are trying to weasel out of honoring their warranty! Beware to anyone thinking about buying a DBX Driverack PA2 ! Better check the serial number of the DBX Driverack PA2 before you buy it, because according to DBX, the warranty starts when they made it, not when you buy it! Beware !

If you paid $177 for a PA2 - it was used....or a damaged/returned unit. They are $500+ new.

Sounds like you have a bone to pick with the people that sold it to you, not DBX.

It was supposed to be brand new! It even has the very latest firmware in it!
But great news! Gary from DBX has approved my DriveRack PA2 repair under warranty !!!!!!!!

Yes! Audio Savings advertise as an authorized DBX Dealer, and have tons of DBX stuff listed for sale.
How was I to know they are not an authorized dealer ?
But good news! Gary from DBX felt sorry for me, and they are going to repair the unit under warranty!
I am so happy, if I were a girl I would give birth!
As anyone knows that has a DriveRack PA2, what it does is really cool!

That's great news. I've only had to call DBX once on a DR260 issue and the support I got was great - the guy knew his stuff and helped me get squared away quickly.

The support guy knew his stuff, but we did not realize until later we had a bad unit
