Which for a loudspeaker box and how do Plans pay ?

#1 Post by dretzulo »

Hello,

I come from Germany and I am new in this forum. Excuse me please for my english, it is not so good  . Well, your Speakerplans are very interesting for me and I would made some of the DR280 and the T48 or the Tuba36, i don't know. The surface to be fitted with loudspeakers is round about 2500m². What is in Your opinion the right Constellation for me and how many Top's and Woofers or which Top's and Woofers must I made? It is for Open Air Rock/Pop and perhaps a little Metal. It would have to be able to be used also as LINE Array.

Now my second question:

As I can order the plans with you, and as I can pay it ? A possibility would be with Pay Pal but as is with the currency of euros in dollar?

It would be beautiful if you me help could :hyper:

Yours sincerely ....

Audience size coverage is listed on the catalog page for each project. For outdoor venues use the smaller end of the scale. All of our tops are designed for line array.
PayPal will convert foreign currencies to US dollars.

Hello Bill,

I would have a question still, what for a box is the DR 290? It is not descriptive unfortunately on your side.

Yours sincerely........

The DR290 is the same as a DR280, but uses compression horns instead of piezos.

That's a serious outdoor area to cover. Where is it going to be installed? (Hope it's in the neighbourhood (NRW?) I would like to hear a good set at work 8) . I tested my 4 DR200's and T48 in a 3000m²+ backyard and it was already rockin' hard  . Respect the recommanded audience size coverage, it's quite conservative anyway.

My guess is that T48 is preferred here, since you´ll be playing live music. And make no mistake: T48 does play quite low when you use multiple cabs, as you will be doing. DR280 or 290 will do nicely and are fully line-arrayable :D .

You can pay using paypal, no problem (check my location ;) ). Bill is usually quite fast with his replies :hyper: . I got my plans within 2 hours once  .
