Fair enough. Here's an idea though; would it be feasible to make an "Insert Chart" link on the post page which pops up a GUI with selection boxes for the various parameters and then inserts the proper code into the post? It would ease usability and give an all-in-one reference point for which cabs are in the system.

Great job on the program though, what a fantastic iidea for an audio board!

I can insert the SPL tags in the posting page, but as for the a GUI that does it all for you, that would be a lot of work.

No problem, of course. Inserting the SPL tags would be great. Even just a quick-reference link would work pretty well too, and maybe not so much coding as a form.

Chris,

Could you add in the Soundbridge 4112? The plot is at http://www.soundbridge.com/pdfs/4000pdf/4112ht.pdf.

Thanks

Hey Chris,

any chance of some T39's? i know there is at least one (T39W14D2010) but what else is available? different widths with a given driver, in a range of drivers, would be supremely useful to all of us trying to figure what to build :)

if you are looking for new features - maybe add a parameter for multiple cabs. X2T39, X4T39... etc...

I'd have never found this thread if you hadn't drawn my attention to it - maybe it should go in the SPL Charts forum, which is where people wanting this info go to look for it first.

cheers, and awesome work! - I hope you dont get overwhelmed by requests for responses and mods ;)

Unfortunately, I have been informed by Bill that calculating multiple cabs together is not as straight forward as it appears. I still have a few charts to sample, especially ones with multiple cabs. I might look into the mutliple options to see how it turns out.

Once the list of charts is more comprehensive and the ability to list the cabs from the tool is available, I probably will.

T39? this is what is available:

Code: Select all

[spl]T39W30D12,T39W20D10,T39W18D2010,T39W14D2010&dbmin=80&dbmax=115&fmin=20&fmax=200[/spl]

In that chart, I couldn't help but notice that, in a 24" T48, it shows a 3012LF beats a 3015LF.
