T-slot rails?

#1 Post by djbutter22 »

I'm trying to build the panel jig, my saw has T-slots. Anyone know where I can get steel T-slot rails?

I guess I'm confused on exactly what I need. On the plans for the panel jig it says if your saw has T-slots then you need to get T-slot rails instead of building the wooden kind.

Thinking exactly the same over here. Anyone know of a similar source in Europe?

All that is fine, but I want / need the "T" that goes in the slot, as long as the Panel Jig. My table saw is useless with the Panel Jig.

Buy a miter gauge that fits your saw, use the rail from that.

If it is a Craftsman table saw, you can order the rods from Sears parts online...they are about $3 to $4USD each. I used 4 of them on a Craftsman saw, but I had to add 2 washers as spacers between the jig and the rods. BTW Sears ships worldwide.
