See you guys on the next one then :)
l'm looking forward to seeing how the 12MWN700Ds perform in these cabs, twice the power & nearly half the weight of the original drivers which they seemed endless with before!

Xmax only 7.3mm?
And, I thought you had 15's in your T48's. No?

Loved the review, by the way. I giggled a little bit, with joy, picturing the young guys getting a taste of the good stuff. All of you, for that matter.

Love that your mains are only 8" too. So awesome to hear the good news and I'm glad it went well for you, Keryn. Big thumbs up!

Dust falling in the barn... Ha! Too awesome.

The Nero 15SW800 seems better suited, over 14mm Xmax, where the Eminence3015LF is 9.6mm... assuming you typo'd the 12" driver above and actually need a 15.

SB Audience :: NERO-15SW800 https://share.google/akcaiUv85CZXBALy2

Price point seems reasonable too

Yes, the T48s are 15s, two of them now have 15SW800 Rossos replacing the 3015CXs l modified, but the 12MWN700Ds are in the DR280s!
Even at the very low levels my sons are using them for guitar practice with, we noticed the difference immediately, particularly LF output, much stronger.
And overall EQ is different, so they need tuning.

If l built T60s, these would be the driver of choice, Dom Sabine loaded these in his T48s so he could demolish houses :)
