Good morrow everyone. Been working a few days on the TAT that will go into my double-cab Toyota Tundra. Will be 8" loaded and 14" wide OD.

Currently letting panel 10 set up. Will hopefully get panel 11 in place today.

Semi-pro tip: using an infrared heater on medium low really helps the PL set up faster in cold weather. That's why you see the heater in a lot of the pics.

Panel 11 is now in place. Once it's set, I'll get the brace cut out. The brace is going to double as a brace and handle as I want the sub to be easily removable from the truck cab in case I need the space in the back seat.

Got the second side attached. I was able to do a test fit in the truck and it fits perfectly between the seat rails!

@Bill (or anyone who would know): the ID width of this cab is 13" (14" OD). Is the mouth brace necessary for a cab this skinny? I'm rethinking the handle situation after test fitting it in the truck. If the brace is necessary (which I assume it is given that the plans don't say otherwise), then I'll make it work.

I go with no more than 6 or so inches of unbraced panel width. It may not be absolutely necessary, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

It LOOKS like the top, forward corner where it first interrupts the seat reclining angle could be trimmed down a bit, so long as the new angled throat dimension remains greater than the preceeding smaller throat area. (Titans have angled corner bracing there.) Trimming with commensurate polyurethane sealing could make your passengers' rides more comfortable.

Though about that and decided against it. The main person that rides in the passenger seat is my wife and she doesn't like to recline the seat. So I opted to just keep it "stock."

Got the mouth brace with handle cutout installed. Pieces under it in the image are jigs to keep it straight.
