The crossover high pass you'd need sooner or later, so build it. Use a pink noise source, which you can get as a download. Take an RTA of each, swapping them without changing anything else. Another question: I am only going to be using 2 DR200s and want to mount them simply one on either side on stands . In the DR200 plans it refers to eminence adjustable top hats - Is this solely because the cab isnt square ? ie. can the internals of the cab accomodate a normal static top hat ?

You can put a normal one in there, but the speaker would be pointing up instead of at the crowd. The adjustable tophat lets you get the proper angle to the audience. I don't see any problem with the one you linked. You'll just have to do the math to make sure it will fit.
