Will a Faital Pro 12FH500 work well in a 24" wide (internal) Tuba 30? Here are the specs:

They are in spec.....but why???? Those are stupid expensive. The Eminence drivers are way cheaper. Don't know where you are from. Is Eminence available where you are?

Welcome to the forum.
Yes, the driver is within spec for a T30, T45, and T48. Might be okay in a T39 too. Just barely out of QTS spec.
Disclaimer, the chart below was derived by reverse engineering the dimensions in the plans and entering them into the horn modeling software, HornResp. I believe they are close enough for the sake of driver comparison. Although, I wouldn't count on them being ultra accurate.
