Hello jmutts, and welcome to the forum!

So getting right to it...never used/heard anything from the Tuba lineup, so let's mention that first. I have 4x T39, 20" wide, loaded with 3012 LF. I've been doing sound a long time and these blow away my previous set ups (EAW 2x18" x4, EV S181 x4, JBL PRX818 x4). I'm not an electronic music fan in the least. Matter of fact, my tastes fall closely with howiez. However, I have used them (with 4x Otop 12) at parties and other events where electronic music was played and they absolutely dominated everyone's chest cavities. Then I built 2x SLA Pro and 2x T39, 13" wide, BP102 (10" driver) for a client's work shop (40' x 60'). He didn't believe two 10" subs would suffice since he listens ro hip hop and EDM. But when the garage doors started rattling uncontrollably at just under 1/2 volume, he had nothing more to say than "thank you." Haha.

Needless to say, I am loyal to the Titans. I do not believe you'd have any problems with them. If I were building for your needs I'd build 4x T48, 3015 LF, at max width.
Otop 12 x 4 (Delta Pro 12-450a) 2x melded, 2x straight
Titan 39 x 4 (3012LF) 20" wide

Best advice in this thread. I completely agree.

If transport, storage, and cost aren't a concern... absolutely build full 36" wide T48. If you want the build to have as little waste as possible, you'll have to enter all the dimensions for various width cabs into a cutlist program and have it calculate waste. But really, it would be worth your money to have most of a sheet left over and have built full width cabs. You'll probably end up using any scrap in your next build anyway.

Also, since you asked, 4 cabs at about 450 watts each will outrun 2 cabs of 1000 watts each, by about 3dB. Meaning, two cabs would need 2000 watts each (and the xmax to translate it into usable output (unlikely)) to match the output of 4 cabs with the recommended 3015LF driver.
Build in process - 2 WH6, one Alpha 6a loaded, one PRV Audio 6MB250-NDY loaded

Two 2x6 shorty SLA Pro's
One T39, 16", 3012LF loaded
Tall AutoTuba, 20" wide, 2x 8" MCM 55-2421
TruckTuba, 8½" wide, 2x 8" MCM 55-2421
