Urethane foam is also called polyiso and polyisocyanurate.

Finally ready to wire the speaker, filter and input jack. What gage is recommended for these cabinets? also stranded or solid copper? Thanks again.

Just opened the plans as a PDF (works the same in word too)... Control F,.. "gauge" turns up 6 results...24 gauge for tweeters, 14-16 gauge for the driver.
Build in process - 2 WH6, one Alpha 6a loaded, one PRV Audio 6MB250-NDY loaded
