Working on my furnace, please help me ID this resistor!

How do I know which end to start reading from??

Not a brown stripe, but a grey?

Since the gold band allegedly can't be the 2nd stripe, it must be 2nd to last, indicating the multiplier.

So GREY, green, black =150, times 0.1 multiplier = 15 ohms, +- 1% ???
