Maximum voltage for SLA Pro??
As per the subject, anyone know the maximum safe operating voltage for SLA Pros? I can't seem to find the info in the instructions.

That's because they'll distort horribly if you exceed xmax.Ian Westwood wrote:I can't seem to find the info in the instructions.

Ah, OK. Copy that.Bill Fitzmaurice wrote:That's because they'll distort horribly if you exceed xmax.
People keep asking me "how many watts are they"? I'm guessing 300 or so when high passed at 115Hz?

That's a good octave above the driver low frequency limit, so figure twice the total driver rating. But if you do limit keep it at the driver rating anyway, for maximum protection, and you certainly don't need that last 3dB.Ian Westwood wrote: People keep asking me "how many watts are they"?
