Thank you, so I should have plenty left for future builds, do you thin it at all and did you use a roller or sprayed it on?

For some reason in mi mind even paint is spendy, Last time my wife made me paint the house it was sad to see the cash I needed to spend on that. :(

well.. tbh I'm in the same boat... but somethings gotta go on there... and if I compare it to what I would spend on flat black... it makes me feel less :broke:

HELPPP!

I finished the horns but when I was trimming the bottom of one of them I went about an 8th overboard, would I still be able to use the horn? is there any solution other than re building the whole horn?

Fill it up/rebuild the thickness with succesive applications of bondo if you think that will suffice, or add a nice thin piece of ply and PL it on, let it set, and re trim...
Built:
DR 250: x 2 melded array, 2x CD horn, March 2012 plans.
T39's: 4 x 20" KL3010LF , 2 x 28" 3012LF.
WH8: x 6 with melded array wired series/parallel.
Bunter's Audio and Lighting "like"s would be most appreciated...

an 1/8" is not bad when you are cutting the horn to fit inside the cabinet box.
When you install the horn inside the box put a large bead of PL on that side.
Drumming is a way of life.

+1, especially if you use some temporary screws to hold the horn in place with the gap halved to either edge.
