Carters have the whole range of PL polyurethane adhesives. No more gorrila grip.

I knew it wouldn't take long after Loctite has set up PL distributorship in Aussie. Thanks for the heads up.

If it's no cheaper than Gorrilla Grip Express, I'll probably stick to Holdfast, as I get it a a good rate from them direct through our firm.

Hey Harley, weird thing is, the PL premium is in a "different division" of loctite and Loctite Australia don't bring it in, yet. (A loctite rep called me the other day after I dropped into a loctite local stockist, who had never heard of it. He's "looking into it").
PL in Australia is currently brought in by another group.

Hope it's not costing our NZ brothers too much.

Yeah, I should have mentioned Loctite USA, as the adhesives side seems to be a totally different business unit.

I'll check Carters' pricing here, but the Carters chain tend to be up 10 - 25% higher than Bunnings or Mitre10 unless you have a builder's account and the consumption to go with it.

Loctite has plenty of sellers here in Argentina. I think you are mostly right on the bussiness unit thingy: PL is not available here either, and those sellers said to me that there are no plans to make it available. :bash:

$9.03 per 295ml tube ( incl GST ) = $8.51 per 310ml tube ( Holdfast and Sika ) - not a bad price really.

Must get a tube to see if it's the same stuff as the USA one.
