Thanks for the compliments!

Well, the drivers were a gamble. The tweeters I got from a wholeseller in the netherlands for a whopping 82 eurocents....there was a catch. I had to order a hundred. Brand? Don't know..... They look like the tweeters you can order from parts express. The only thing I knew was that they could be used from 3000hz.

The woofers where from the same wholeseller, and cost me 3.50 euro if I ordered 50. They are from dynavox. Instead of 4 inch they are 5.25 inch. So I had to alter the dimensions a little bit. The gamble was no t/s parameters, no chart. But with some google-work and the help from forum member martijn we found someone in germany who tested them and provided martijn the t/s parameters. Martijn was also the one who suggested them in the first place and who tracked them down to a wholeseller in the netherlands... So the +100 and kudo's goes to martijn! Without him they would not been build yet.

For me alone it was a little bit much, so I bought them with martijn. If he builds his, he is going to open a new topic. I'll ask him if he could tell you guys more then I know in this topic.

For you dutch guys....if you like to hear them, you are welcome to come over!

Yup! I'm still looking for a place. Recently I got an offer for a fully stocked workplace with festo tools and all for a nice price to rent, maybe this guy knows a place we can have a meeting. He is into speakers also. Maybe you know them, he's from speaker & co in rotterdam. They moved to dordrecht, a 5 minute drive for me....
