I really dig the color. Reminds me of tuna sashimi.

The mains are Definitive Technology Mythos STs. They are OK and accurate but if you discount the sub portion the MTM is average and unimpressive considering they want $2,000 EACH! Ewetho and I went to his place and relistened to his SLAs after this install. The SLAs wins hands down... and for a lot less money.
So let it be written ... So let it be done.

I'd expect a curved SLA centre to be on order soon. Swiftly followed by a pair of TLAHs...

Great work guys on both builds. Very impressive.

I remember a build thread for a THT on here where it was finished in high gloss black. Guess he's a zen master the kinda patience that requires judging by the description here of the amount of work you need to do to get the surface perfect.

Is that sanding done by hand or palm sander? :noob:

Looks from the photo that you color matched the AT yellow with the car color? Cool touch. 8) Your or client's suggestion?

The gold decal on shiny black on THT reminds me of the Lotus Formula 1 team. Slick.

Thanks for the pics.

 Oh My! That THT is a thing of sheer beauty.

You have inspired me to consider applying that kind of finish on two T39's front and back panels so they match my monitors.

Beware TitaniumHand, it's a LOT of work. You have so sand it, then primer, sand again, primer, sand again, and again until its' smoother than a baby's butt. But it is a work of art in every sense. 8)
