Re: Bison Pu Max Timber, liquid polyurethane adhesive
When building with biscuits, at least for our purposes, it's not for the strength the biscuit can add. It's to ease assembly, force things square. Almost eliminates clamps. PL won't expand the biscuits, that's true, but PL does expand to fill the cavity of the biscuit. In your case it might be best to use a traditional glue with biscuits, unless you're sure of the gap filling properties of the poly glue.

Is it possible to use/combine traditional glue (only on biscuits and the biscuits holes) and PL (on the whole joint and around the biscuits themselves)?

Maybe. It will depend on the expansion tolerance of your wood glue. Will it stand the stress of the expansion of the pl. Try it on scrap.

I haven't tried it with PL but have often used the Montage Kit and regular (Elmer's) together at different areas of the same part or build stage.
In my experience, the mixing of these two adhesives at the touch/mix point doesn’t interfere with the curing process of each.
For example, here's a shot just before attaching the side panel of a DR290. The dados for the horn brace and the top/bottom panels were glued with Elmer's while the edge of the butt cheek was glued with the Montage Kit:

And here, attaching the back panel. Elmer's was used for the surrounding step, and a nice bead of Montage Kit was applied at the apex of the butt cheeks:

Note in this picture the squeeze out of the Montage Kit glue to the inside of the top/bottom extension to butt cheeks joining, and also the outside after sanding.

Re: Bison Pu Max Timber, liquid polyurethane adhesive
It's so reassuring to hear from experienced builder that has already used uncommon adhesives.
Thanks mate. And thanks everybody for the help.
BTW I've decided to use the Bison Original Montage Kit for my THT build. (Bison PU Max Construct wasn't available locally).
I will report about my experience with Bison Original Montage Kit when I start my build. This adhesive seems readily available in many places and appropriate for loudspeaker building. Hopefully this will help other people that can't obtain PL Premium easily.
As a side note, I was able to contact the main wholesale distributor for Bison's products. He said that Bison Pu Max Timber (the glue I originally purchased and started this thread about) was quite expanding and gap filling but also confirmed that it's also quite liquid and honey like straight out of the bottle. It's main use seems to be various repairs and marine repairs. Because of that liquidity I'm not going to risk using it on THT.
