I ordered from them once and will never be ordering again. I ordered my behringer powered mixer b-stock and later got a call that they no longer had it in stock, so I said "screw it, just ship a new one". Then, I missed a sale on musicians friend on an alesis drum pad because they had it cheaper. Turns out that it also was no longer in stock, but again, they had only new ones. I said no thank you and will no longer be doing business with them. YMMV.

Update
I spoke with Herb at Audiolines. Herb and his manager checked into what's going on and found that the person doing the web order processing was making mistakes. Specifically that person did not contact Eminence to fins out if the parts were available at the previous price and thus the orders were not filled but rather back ordered at the 179.99 price.
Herb listened well, understood the "bad press" audiolines was receving and took ownership of the situation. HE set out to set things right. Herb is at the physical store. It was not clear to me if the web order processing folks are at the physical store or perhaps 12,000 miles away.
Herb called me back within 45 minutes. He had contacted Eminence and talked with his management team. As a result Eminence is shipping my 4 kappalite 3012LFs (4-T39x27") and 4 Deltalite II 2510s (4xDR250) tomorrow. He also said they would be adjusting their advertised price ask their costs are rising. He explained the Neo situation with China.
Pricing I agreed to pay:
3012LF = $228
2510 = $136
Free shipping
I'll update again when I have tracking # or receive the speakers. Hopefully it will be a
day.
I know, I know....don't count the boobies until they are outta the bra.
Then I'll be ordering the remianing build components from his King Holiness Mr. L

Re: Kappalite 3012LF $180 -> Audiolines Responds POSITIVELY
Hi Folks,
Wow - I had a scare after I posted this thread about the Audiolines $180 Kappalite 3012LFs. People PMed me and added to the thread about their bad experiences with Audiolines. I ordered on the weekend, saw the posts and decided to call the audiolines physical store. My experience was nothing like what folks posted about the Audiolines web order system.
Here is the story:
Monday morning ~10am I called the Audiolins physical store (near Chicago). I spoke with "Herb" and explained how I found their store (web search), my posting of prices on the forum, forum responses and that I wanted to know what their story was. "Herb" said he would take ownership of the order and asked if it was ok to call me back shortly. Herb called back within 45 minutes. He had checked the order, contacted Eminence and discussed the order with his manager.
He apologized for the situation and explain what had happened. The web order department is supposed to check with Eminence for part pricing and availability BEFORE processing orders. The web order department did not do this. Web orders were accepted at the web price of $179.99 without checking with Eminence. When Eminence could not ship at the distributor price supporting the $179.99 retail price, the web department put orders on "back order". Herb explained about the Neo price increases which I will not go into as it has been discussed elsewhere in the forum.
Audiolines acknowledged that the web orders we not being processed correctly.
Herb explained the Neo prices had gone about about 40% since the 3013LF web price of 179.99 was posted. To make things right Herb offered me what I felt was a good deal and so I took it. Here is how it broke down for me.
4 x $179.99 = $719.96 Kappalite 3012LFs (for my 4 T39x30" builds)
4 x $109.99 = $439.96 Deltalite II 2510s (for my 4 DR250 build)
Additional charge of $208 to cover cost increase since the above web prices were posted
2nd DayFedex shipping
My total cost = $1367.92 and I received the drivers via FedEx 2nd day and they were well packaged
I was very pleased with the professionalism of Herb and Audiolines. Herb took control of the situation and "made things right".
If you are considering ordering with Audiolines I recommend calling the physical store (near Chicago), ask for Herb and discuss your order before placing it. I would recomend placing the order by phone with Herb.
Wow - a happy ending

excellent deal. i don't think the next order will be honored as so. you got lucky on that one.
Re: Kappalite 3012LF still available for $179.99 free shippi
I agree that that these prices will likely not be available for the next order. I don't know where their web order processing is located or who staff's it but the physical store guy was really great to work with.

Re: Kappalite 3012LF still available for $179.99 free shippi
You got very lucky! I looked everywhere for them at $179 and even order them several times only to have my orders canceled. I did find them for $226.99 + shipping at https://www.crispdeals.com/SearchResult ... rch=3012lf. I received them yesterday. So if anyone is looking that is the best deal I could find. Use coupon code 5DOFF for $5 off.
