I am finished with the two otop 15s with the flat arrays. I am looking at purchacing a new amp today and am wondering what the right power rating would be. I put the neo kappite 15s with the piezo that were called for in the plan. Eminence rates the 15s at 450 watts and music at 900 watts. I was unalbe to find if the 450 is RMS or what. 70.7 percent of peak is RMS in the electronics world so I dont know where to music 900 rating comes from.

The 450 should be RMS. 2xRMS seems like industry standard for "program" or "music" power ratings.

No. Never bridge. Bridging is properly used to deliver higher voltage output into a high impedance load. If you aren't pushing a 16 ohm load you don't want to bridge.
IMO anything rated for 300w/8ohms per channel or more is plenty enough to drive OTop 15s, and four of them at that.
