Bill, can the 3/8" be used for builds? BB is totally unavailable around me. I live close to Tim Ard, but he tells me he can't get BB either.

BTW, I want to build a fleet (8 total) DR250s and T48s with it

I purchased the 1/8" bendable Italian Poplar from this site for use on a couple of DR250's. So far it seems to be holding up in the horn throat assemblies (haven't done the rear sheaths yet). However, be aware that it is single ply with a veneer layer on one side. I used a dovetail saw to cut off the overhang when putting together my horn throat assemblies, and I had to saw in one direction only. If I went the other way, the plywood would tear away from the veneer face.

Built:
- Omni 10 (S2010 + piezo array)
- 2 x DR250 (DL II 2510 + melded array)
- 2 x Titan 39 (BP102 - 14"W)
- 2 x Titan 39 (3012LF - 20"W)
- 4 x DR200 (Delta Pro 8B + melded array)

The 3/8" bendy ply I got locally was 3 even layers, no veneer - the surface was pretty rough, but made for some strong butt cheeks. If you're boxing in the back anyway it would be overkill.

at Rockler's, I got 4 20"x30" panels for $7 each or so. They had smaller panels, but they are cut to bend on the short axis, not the long.
