Does anyone know of a jig thread on here? I've looked and looked but can't find it if there is one.

When HifiBob was building his massive system he used a ton of jigs and mentioned he'd make a thread with the jigs so I've been looking for it.

Thanks!

I don’t know one off hand, but I did make a sled and inlayed some T slots in there. Used it to clamp down some guides which helped a ton!

Thanks, J. I'll give that a shot. I'm going to build several jigs to help with the construction of my cabs and I thought it'd be cool if others already had it figured out. I'll post then here when I do.

I know Leland and Harley have posted up a couple of pics over time of some jigs.
With my builds, I've made the following.
0 degree zero tolerance cutting sleds, small and large.
Melded piezo array jig.
2 different piezo cutting jigs.
Hand hold jig.
Dual NL4 dish jig.
Spring handle dish jig.

I haven't put up any pics though, they are specific to the tools I'm using, and some are in the plans and jig plans...

I found Hifibob's thread, and it showed a couple of jigs at the start. I didn't look further.

I found another thread in the way-back machine. Beware, somebody added and extra "i" with an underline joining the two i's.

Oh man. I just threw out all my jigs or I'd post some pics. I don't need them anymore since I got my Shaper Cnc router.

No worries. When I start batch building I'm going to throw together jigs that help me. They absolutely will NOT be pretty or professional. But they will work and hopefully :fingers: be safe.

I'll post them here.
